Refund Policy

At David Chism Design, I strive to provide high-quality digital products and professional design services. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.

Digital Products

Digital products, including graphic packs, templates, and downloadable design files, are delivered electronically and made available immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final once access has been provided.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading a digital product, I will assist in resolving the issue, but refunds are not issued for successful digital delivery.

Custom Design Services

Custom design services are tailored to individual client needs and require time and creative effort. For this reason:

- If a project has not yet started, a refund or cancellation may be considered.

- If work has already begun, refunds are generally not available.

- Once a project has been completed or files have been delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases involving duplicate charges or clear errors, refunds may be issued at my discretion.
